Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 7 to 3 Shift

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and essential care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures
