Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary clientele will consist of stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- A current and valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) that allows for independent practice. Candidates with provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will not be considered.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.
- Proficient computer literacy, along with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.
- A dependable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n
While prior experience is not strictly required, candidates with a background in telehealth and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and working hours. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
