EEC Certified Teacher – Full Time

Tiny Tides Childcare is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic EEC Certified Teacher to join our growing team.
We are a small, nurse-owned childcare center built around one simple belief: children thrive when they feel safe, cared for, understood, and excited to learn. Our approach combines nurturing relationships with high-quality, play-based early education in a calm, clean, and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a teacher who genuinely enjoys being with children and wants to be an active part of their day. Someone who is warm, patient, reliable, playful, and able to create a classroom where children feel comfortable while maintaining consistent routines and expectations.
Our teachers are expected to:
• Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Support learning through play, exploration, conversation, and everyday routines
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior-management strategies
• Communicate openly and professionally with families and coworkers
• Work collaboratively with teachers and center leadership
• Follow all Tiny Tides and Massachusetts EEC health, safety, supervision, and licensing requirements
Qualifications
Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification is required. We are specifically seeking candidates who are already EEC-qualified for the position.
Previous experience working in a licensed childcare or early education setting is strongly preferred.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their classroom, is dependable, works well as part of a team, and truly enjoys helping young children learn and grow.
