Are you a hands-on engineering professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges for customers? We're seeking a Senior Field Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize critical fluid handling systems while partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence customer success, lead complex technical projects, develop engineered solutions, and mentor emerging engineering talent.

What You'll Do
\n
✅ Serve as the technical expert for complex customer applications and fluid system solutions
\n
✅ Lead field engineering evaluations, troubleshooting efforts, and customer-facing technical consultations
\n
✅ Partner with Account Managers to develop solutions, support strategic opportunities, and drive business growth
\n
✅ Design engineered solutions including P&IDs, assembly layouts, specifications, and CAD models
\n
✅ Identify opportunities to improve customer processes through engineering services, training, and system optimization
\n
✅ Provide technical training and mentorship to customers, Field Engineers, and internal teams
\n
✅ Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations to resolve challenging technical issues
\n
✅ Maintain project documentation and customer activities within CRM, ERP, and related business systems
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
Education
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
\n
\n
Experience
\n
- \n
- 7–12 years of experience in field engineering, application engineering, technical sales support, or a customer-facing engineering role
\n
\n
Technical Expertise
\n
- \n
- Strong background in fluid systems, instrumentation, process applications, or industrial systems
- Experience developing engineered solutions for complex customer requirements
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering technical presentations and customer training
- 3D CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
