Permanent Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation: Brattleboro, VermontPosition Type: Full-Time, OutpatientStart Date: Fall 2025Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative

• Call Schedule: 1:11, phone-only (no in-person call duties)
• Setting: Outpatient only (Family or Internal Medicine)
• Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
• Patient Volume: Approx. 14 patients/day
• Duties Include:
• Outpatient care & chronic disease management
• Charting, care coordination, quality initiatives
• On-call phone support rotation
• Participation in long-term succession planningRequirements
• Start Date: Must be available to begin by Fall 2025
• Licensure/Certifications: Must meet all required clinical licensure and certification standards
• Commute: Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour
• Exclusivity: Not open to candidates planning to work another job simultaneously
