**Unlock Your Potential as a RN in Behavioral Health!** **Job Description:** - **Unit:** Forensic Unit Mountain View - **Specialty:** Behavioral Health - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Shift:** 7 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. - **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend - **Call Requirements:** None **What You Bring:** - **Experience:** 3 years working with mental health patients in a locked setting - **Skills:** - Proficient in medication administration utilizing Omni Cell - Trauma-informed and compassionate care delivery - Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing patient needs - Confidence in communication with patients and team members - **Education:** BSN preferred - **Certifications Required:** - BLS (AHA) - Handle with Care (HWC - can be completed on-site if needed) **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 46 - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 9 patients - **Equipment Used:** POC blood glucose, Vital Signs monitoring - **EHR System:** Cerner **About the Team:** - **Supervisor:** Nancy Marhefka, BSN RN - **Staffing:** Experienced professionals, lowest restraint rate in Massachusetts - **Collaborative Care:** On-site medical group for all concerns, full team of rehabilitation staff and social workers, and three unit psychiatrists **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
