Job Description

Description of Position: Performance Physical Therapist in OON/Self-Pay clinic

We are looking for an energetic, driven, confident Physical Therapist who believes in going beyond the norm for patients to join our team in Boston. Work with complete autonomy, treating people who care about their health, and not dealing with the limitations of health insurance.

This position is responsible for ensuring every client has the best opportunity to live a life unrestricted by pain and gains the tools necessary to stay healthy.

We're not your normal physical therapy clinic.

Sustain Physical Therapy and Performance is an out-of-network/self-pay practice which gives clinicians the ability to use the techniques that best serve the client's goals, not the insurance company. This position will leverage the best skills from physical therapy and strength training to give clients results that last. Experience in sports performance physical therapy OR two (2) years as a personal trainer/strength coach is required for this position.
