Job Description Job Requirements:
Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with two to five years of post-JD experience. .
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
" Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
" Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
" Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.
Qualifications:
" Juris Doctor
" Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
" Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
" Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
