Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position is for a Special Education Teacher serving middle and high school students within a K-12 setting in Manchester, NH. The role is a contract assignment running from December 15, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek. The position requires onsite presence only, supporting an established school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to students with diverse learning needs in middle and high school.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize educational outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and school personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and school policies related to special education services.
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education License is required.
- Experience working with middle and high school students in a special education setting.
