SYNERGY HomeCare is actively looking for compassionate and trustworthy CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care to clients in Milton, MA. Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with walking, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Follow each client’s care plan and daily routine
-
Report changes in clients’ health, needs, or condition to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
