THE ROLE
You staff the sites, you set the standard every superintendent works to, and you tell the office the truth about what the field can deliver.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field operations across multiple projects at once
- Staffing the sites and developing the superintendents under you
- Schedule and safety held to one standard company wide
- Preconstruction input on logistics, phasing and constructability
- The final word in the field, backed by ownership
- Subcontractor performance across the portfolio rather than one job
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fifteen or more years in the field
- Several of them running multiple jobs at the same time
- Superintendents you developed who went on to run their own work
- Comfortable telling ownership something it does not want to hear
COMPENSATION
Base of $150,000 to $190,000.
