What We’re Looking For

NAVIX is currently seeking experienced Registered General SonographerS / Ultrasound TechnologistS for per diem positions based in Needham, Massachusetts.

This role is well suited for a technologist with demonstrated experience in:

• General Ultrasound & Breast
  OR
• General Ultrasound & Vascular

The Registered General Ultrasound Sonographer is responsible for utilizing high-frequency sound waves to produce diagnostic images and related data used by physicians to support accurate medical diagnoses, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and image quality.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• One or more of the following active credentials:
  • RDMS – Abdomen (AB)
  • RVT or RVS (Vascular)
  • RDMS – Breast (BR)
• Demonstrated hands-on experiencein:
  • General + Breast ultrasound or
  • General + Vascular ultrasound
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality
• Ability to work independently in a per diem capacity

Schedule & Availability

• Per diem
• Flexible availability to support day and/or evening shifts
• Rotating on-call coverage for weekends and holidays, as scheduled
