Job Description
We are hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with leadership experience in a SNF setting.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department</li>
<li>Supervise, mentor, and support PT and OT staff</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized therapy programs</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans</li>
<li>Monitor outcomes and adjust programs to improve patient results</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and reporting</li>
<li>Participate in staff training and performance management</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Licensed PT or OT (required)</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility experience</li>
<li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of rehab regulations and best practices</li>
