Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, travel assignment in Plymouth, MA. Start date: 11/02/2026 for a 13-week duration. Weekly pay range: $2,554-$2,679 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). Work setting: hospital floor with float participation to Med Surg Tele floors as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on Med Surg Tele floors, including assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Monitor telemetry and interpret rhythm strips; respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and maintain high safety and documentation standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and transfers
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure compliance with policies
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed to support staffing and patient needs
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current ACLS certification (AHA) and BLS certification
- Ability to pass Telemetry competency exam and ECG/Telemetry on onboarding (one attempt)
- Knowledge of critical paths; Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and holidays; able to float to related units as needed
- Biweekly orientation; clip-on onboarding items and tests as required
