Required Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- ARRT certification required
- AHA BLS required
- Strong critical care experience
- Interventional radiology procedural experience
- Epic experience within the past 2 years — mandatory and nonnegotiable

\n
Call & Holiday Requirements\n
- \n
- At least 1 weekday of call per week
- Weekend call approximately every 3–4 weekends
- Additional call may be required based on department needs
- Must work 2 of these 4 holidays:\n
- \n
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Day

- No block scheduling permitted.
\n
\n
\n

Mileage-Based Pay Tiers\n
Distance is calculated as a straight line, not driving distance.
Submission & Compliance\n
- \n
- IVS-to-offer process, Monday through Sunday.
- Biweekly Monday orientations.
- Explain all employment gaps exceeding 90 days.
- Complete work history is mandatory, including facility type, bed count, and EMR.
- No floating required.
- Reliable transportation is essential; public transportation is not accessible.
- All-season or snow tires are strongly recommended from November through April.
