This position is designed for full-time remote work, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs requiring extended availability.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients’ mental health status and formulate individualized treatment plans based on specific needs.
- Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to deliver effective therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing education and fostering a sense of community among participants addressing common mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate care.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making regarding their mental health journey.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
