Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and devise tailored treatment strategies.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families via secure telehealth platforms, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
- Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses the various dimensions of our clients’ needs.
- Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, demonstrating your expertise in handling emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in community outreach efforts by organizing and leading workshops that educate the public on mental health topics, aiming to destigmatize mental illness.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and willingness to learn about and engage with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
