Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist credentials and relevant state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in pediatric and/or school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable addressing a range of speech, language, and communication needs for middle school-aged children
- Exceptional communication skills and adaptability working within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, maintain detailed progress documentation, and collaborate on student evaluations
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development as part of the holistic support process
