Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses, focusing on improving family dynamics and personal well-being.

  • Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss issues, and conflicts among family members.

  • Helping clients navigate difficult transitions, including separation and divorce adjustments, as well as fostering healthy communication within families.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
