We are seeking vigilant and responsible Lifeguards to join our pool and water park safety team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests and visitors by maintaining a watchful eye over the swimming area. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor swimming activities and ensure patrons adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and performing water rescues as needed.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by inspecting swim areas, deck spaces, and equipment regularly.
- Communicate professionally with guests, offering assistance and guidance when required.
- Conduct regular safety drills and keep accurate records of swimming activities and incidents.
- Uphold strong knowledge of all safety equipment and emergency response protocols.
**Qualifications:**
- Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification.
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness level.
- Excellent observational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and act swiftly under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
