Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to work on personal injury protection cases, collaborate with senior legal professionals, and advocate for clients effectively. Responsibilities:
• Assist senior attorneys in managing and advancing a portfolio of personal injury protection cases.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and updated regularly.
• Evaluate medical records, insurance policies, and accident reports to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on personal injury protection laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and opposing counsel to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Pursue recovery for clients, negotiating settlements or proceeding with litigation as required.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and mediations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Monitor deadlines, procedural requirements, and case updates to ensure smooth progression of legal matters.• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and active membership in a state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury, insurance law, or a related legal field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with personal injury protection laws or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Licensed Attorney with a strong understanding of personal injury law.
