Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Gardner, MA
13 Weeks | Days | 36 Hours/Week | Rapid Response Crisis Need
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an urgent travel assignment.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- NRP Certification
- Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- 3 years Respiratory Therapy experience required
Assignment Details:
- 13-week contract
- Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- Meditech EMR
- ASAP/Off-cycle starts accepted
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory treatments and oxygen therapy
- Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP devices
- Perform ABGs, EKGs, pulse oximetry, and pulmonary function testing
- Monitor cardiopulmonary status and recommend care plan adjustments
- Provide patient education and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
