Job Description

LOVE BEING A PT AGAIN!-Part-Time Doctor of Physical Therapy Wanted

\n

\n

Clash Physical Therapy & Health Services | Worcester, MA

\n

Part-Time | $40–$50/hour, based on experience

\n

\n

What if you don't hate physical therapy—you just hate the way you've been asked to practice it?

\n

If you're burned out by productivity requirements, double booking, insurance limitations, and feeling like you never have enough time with your patients, we get it.

\n

\n

Clash Physical Therapy & Health Services is looking for a part-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants to enjoy being a PT again.

\n

\n

We're a small, independently owned practice where clinicians have the time and autonomy to actually treat the person in front of them—not just their diagnosis.

\n

Who We're Looking For

\n

\n

You must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.

\n

\n

We're especially interested in someone with experience or a genuine desire to grow in:

\n

    \n
  • Women's & pelvic health
  • \n

  • Strength & conditioning
  • \n

  • Foot & ankle health
  • \n

  • Pain science/chronic pain
  • \n

  • Return to sport and active adults
  • \n

\n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who believes in a holistic, lifestyle-based approach to physical therapy.

\n

\n

We look beyond the painful body part and consider the total person—movement, strength, sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery, habits, and the factors that influence someone's overall health. Our goal isn't to make patients dependent on us for pain management forever. It's to educate, empower, and build resilient people who understand their bodies and have the tools to stay active and healthy long after they're done with PT.

\n

\n

You don't need to be an expert in everything. Curiosity, personality, and a desire to learn matter to us.

\n

\n

Why Clash?

\n

No double booking. No aides. No productivity hamster wheel.

\n

Our model gives you the time to think, educate, problem-solve, collaborate, and provide the kind of care you probably imagined providing when you became a PT.

\n

\n

We're interested in long-term results, not temporary fixes—helping people move better, get stronger, improve their overall health, and return to the lives they want to live.

\n

\n

We care deeply about excellent patient care—but we also care about clinician job satisfaction.

\n

Maybe You Don't Need to Leave Physical Therapy. Maybe you just need a different way to practice it.

\n

\n

If you're ready to rediscover what you actually enjoy about being a PT—and want to practice in a way that creates healthier, more independent patients—we'd love to meet you.
