This full-time, on-site position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being of adult patients facing various acute and chronic health issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions closely.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Facilitate safe discharges and transitions for patients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
