Job Title: Maintenance Technician (CNC / Facility)
Location: Watertown, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00/hour

Job Summary
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in the precision manufacturing industry to help them hire a Maintenance Technician (CNC / Facility). This role supports both production equipment and facility operations in a clean, modern, and team-oriented environment focused on high-quality, high-precision output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC machining centers

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical issues

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Support facility maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical repairs

  • Ensure maintenance supplies are stocked, organized, and replenished

  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing materials

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas

  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operational flow

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • Experience using hand tools and basic power tools

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters

  • Ability to perform both equipment and facility maintenance tasks

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple functions

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
