Assistant Superintendents are wanted on commercial and multifamily work from the city out through the South Shore and Cape Cod. BELMONT Search is a Construction and Infrastructure executive search firm.
THE ROLE
You run the site day to day alongside the lead superintendent, and you are here to have your own job in a few years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Daily site operations beside the lead superintendent</li>
<li>Subcontractor coordination and look ahead scheduling</li>
<li>Safety and quality enforced, not just documented</li>
<li>Layout, inspections, and punch through close out</li>
<li>Field reporting the project manager can actually use</li>
<li>Deliveries, site logistics and daily manpower tracking</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Two to five years in the field on commercial, multifamily or institutional work</li>
<li>You want to run your own site, and soon</li>
<li>Comfortable holding a subcontractor to the schedule</li>
<li>A company that will give you that job matters more to you than a title now</li>
</ul>
COMPENSATION
Base of $85,000 to $115,000.
