Step into a rewarding role supporting K-3 students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 31st through June 24th. Situated near Manchester, NH, the position offers consistent weekday hours, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, totaling 32.5 hours each week. You’ll work on a dynamic team providing one-on-one and classroom ABA support to a varied early elementary caseload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification; BT candidates with strong skills strongly encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated school-based experience working with children
- Solid ABA training background
- Ability to manage and respond to a diverse caseload with varying behavioral needs
- Reliable transportation and readiness for a manageable commute
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfort with the school district environment and policies
- Commitment to in-person support throughout the contract (remote work not available)
- Willingness and eligibility to complete district-required fingerprinting for onboarding
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct ABA services to K-3 students according to individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families to optimize student success
- Collect ongoing behavior data and participate in team meetings regarding progress
- Support students with social, emotional, and academic growth across school settings
- Maintain professionalism and open communication with staff and administration
