Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification with required endorsements

Must meet all state and local regulatory requirements

Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Typical Job Duties:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, and functional skill areas

Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching strategies to support diverse learners

Track and document student progress toward IEP goals and objectives

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities

Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to promote student growth
