Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll deliver vital OT services—both direct and consultative—in a supportive educational environment near Chicopee, MA. With a manageable caseload of around 11 students and a consistent, part-time schedule, you’ll help students thrive academically and developmentally for the remainder of the school year.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Prior experience delivering OT services in K-12 schools strongly preferred
- Knowledge of implementing IEPs and goal-driven therapy in educational settings
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Occupational Therapy evaluations and interventions for a caseload of approximately 11 students
- Conduct individual and small-group sessions (students typically seen 1-2 times per week for 20-30 minutes)
- Offer consultative support to teachers and families, ensuring effective strategies are implemented in the classroom and at home
- Document assessments, progress, and communications in compliance with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adapt therapy approaches and activities to suit varied student strengths and needs
