Shift: Rotating (Days & Evenings)
Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Every other weekend and holidays required
Position Overview
A healthcare facility is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support nursing operations, and ensure high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and changes

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

Support infection control, safety, and quality standards

Supervise and assist nursing support staff as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Compensation
-
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,145/week
-
W2 Rate: $18/hour
-
Weekly Stipend: $1,470/week
-
Local Pay Rate: $45–$48/hour
Required Qualifications
-
Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN License
-
Graduate of an approved LPN program
-
BLS/CPR & AED Certification (required)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
-
Strong documentation, communication, and supervisory skills
