Job Description About This Role 
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic School Age Group Leader to join our team in Salem, NH. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children during after-school hours and school breaks. You will lead recreational activities, assist with homework, and foster positive social development among students.
 What You'll Do 
After School GL role hours 2:45-6:00
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent qualification.</li>
<li>Minimum of 18 years of age to meet state licensing requirements.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with school-age children in a camp, school, or childcare setting.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process</li>
</ul>
One of the following
<ul>
<li>600 hours working with school age children</li>
<li>3 credits in child development, education, or related coursework</li>
<li>documentation of 5 years of parenting experience</li>
</ul>
