Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
- Provide ADL and self-care training
- Address upper extremity strength, coordination, balance, and safety awareness
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, physicians, and caregivers
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
