Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively guiding clients through mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care and leverage diverse expertise for the benefit of clients.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
- Experience in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to customize treatment strategies to effectively address clients' unique needs.
