Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis frameworks, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • \n

  • Employ evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to assess client needs accurately.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.
  • \n

  • Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • \n

  • Serve as a liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community organizations, enhancing access to necessary resources.
  • \n

  • Establish and foster open communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote the agency’s mission within the local community.
  • \n

  • Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations, to expand program reach and secure new partnerships and funding.
  • \n

  • Participate in ongoing personal and professional development by attending conferences, participating in classes, and representing the agency in various settings.
  • \n

  • Integrate the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles into daily practice.
  • \n

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the needs of the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
