Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Wolfeboro Bay Center | Wolfeboro, NH
$35–$40/hour | PRN
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Wolfeboro Bay Center. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping residents build strength, improve mobility, and work toward their individual recovery goals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility training
- Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Monitor resident performance and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
- Reinforce safe mobility techniques and therapeutic strategies
- Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
- Coordinate with other members of the rehabilitation and care teams

Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire PTA license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
- New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
