Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Support clients with walking, transfers, and daily mobility

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and responsible

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
