This is a remote position focused on delivering high-quality mental health care through telehealth services to a diverse clientele. Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, our telehealth model allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with your patients. You’ll use secure video conferencing platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and document client progress. Our therapists remain closely connected through virtual team meetings, collaborative case discussions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological well-being and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to guide sessions effectively.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups for clients, providing a forum for shared experiences and community support around common mental health challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and responsive support when clients experience acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and the various treatment options available to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient records.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. You will employ tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of individuals and their families, ensuring that all patients receive respectful, culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

\n

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional skills in conducting assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations with varied mental health needs.

\n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and with virtual communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience in behavioral health settings, specifically in outpatient therapy roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
