Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current state license in Massachusetts as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
