Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Previous school-based experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and compassionately
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to diverse age groups and individual learning goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster positive learning outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeable input to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and support to teachers and parents, as needed
- Ensure all interventions are up-to-date with current best practices and relevant policies
