About This Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teachers to join our growing team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and play-based environment where young children can learn and grow. You will facilitate child-led exploration, implement emergent curriculum, and maintain open communication with parents to support the highest quality of early care and education.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute age-appropriate, play-based daily activities and interest-led learning centers.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets state licensing regulations.
- Provide compassionate care, assistance with meals, and support during rest periods.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with parents regarding daily updates and milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Proven experience working with young children
- Ability to pass a comprehensive state-mandated criminal background check and fingerprinting.
- CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
- Exceptional patience, communication skills, and physical stamina to engage with children daily.
