SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Foxborough, MA for a 12-hour overnight shift. We are looking for a dependable caregiver who can provide consistent, attentive support throughout the overnight hours.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Assist with meals and other daily care needs

• Provide companionship and reassurance

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

• Follow the client’s care plan and established routines

• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to a 12-hour overnight shift
