This position is entirely remote, allowing you to consult with patients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. You will be part of a supportive virtual team that collaborates effectively to meet the needs of our community. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique background and needs.
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to individual patients, utilizing therapeutic modalities that reflect their cultural and personal contexts.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges and fostering resilience and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and promote holistic treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, using your expertise to stabilize situations effectively.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation according to legal standards and ethical guidelines to guarantee patient privacy.
- Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will work with a diverse range of individuals, including those from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Our clientele includes both individuals and families who seek help for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring these patients receive tailored and compassionate care that reflects their values and beliefs.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, coupled with a strong foundation in cultural competence.
- Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions in a culturally responsive manner.
- Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the capacity to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with diverse patients and families.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- A strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the maintenance of professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
