This is a full-time, contract paraprofessional opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, spanning from August through June. You’ll be working Monday through Friday (32-37.5 hours per week) in a dynamic and collaborative educational setting. Your dedication will directly enhance the learning experience for students with diverse needs, helping them thrive academically and personally.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with students, teachers, and staff
  • Ability to adapt quickly to classroom needs and work one-on-one or in small groups
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further coursework in education or related fields is an advantage
  • Respectful, patient, and reliable approach to supporting student development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with the preparation and implementation of classroom activities
  • Provide individualized support to students, fostering academic and social growth
  • Supervise and engage students during instructional and non-instructional times
  • Collaborate with educators and specialists to execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other accommodations
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
