Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students with moderate to severe needs in a full-time contract position. This role focuses on grades Kindergarten through 3rd and offers the flexibility of supervision in person or virtually, tailored to meet your professional preferences.
Location: North Adams, MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students aged K-3 with moderate to severe needs.
- Collect and document data to monitor student progress and guide treatment decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, behavior specialists, and other educational professionals to promote positive outcomes.
- Participate in supervision sessions provided either onsite or virtually to maintain certification and enhance skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with young children, especially those in early elementary grades.
- Ability to manage a caseload of students requiring specialized behavioral support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
