Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students with moderate to severe needs in a full-time contract position. This role focuses on grades Kindergarten through 3rd and offers the flexibility of supervision in person or virtually, tailored to meet your professional preferences.

Location: North Adams, MA

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students aged K-3 with moderate to severe needs.
Collect and document data to monitor student progress and guide treatment decisions.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, behavior specialists, and other educational professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Participate in supervision sessions provided either onsite or virtually to maintain certification and enhance skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with young children, especially those in early elementary grades.
Ability to manage a caseload of students requiring specialized behavioral support.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
