A healthcare facility near Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking a Medical Director to join its leadership team! Great benefits and competitive pay!
Pay: Up to $300,000 annually
Medical Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Leadership opportunity combining direct patient care and Medical Director responsibilities
- Opportunity to lead clinical operations within a rural outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical leadership to support quality, safety, and patient care initiatives
Medical Director Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Oversee and support medical providers while helping establish clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure efficient operations, provider engagement, and high-quality patient care
Primary Care Physician / Medical Director Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active New Hampshire Physician License required or eligible to obtain
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another Primary Care specialty
- Minimum of five years of healthcare leadership experience required
