- Travel assignment at a large teaching hospital with two campus sites
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; next available 10/19
- EPIC EMR experience required within the past 2 years
Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN ultrasound exams, including routine and detailed fetal anatomy scans
- Conduct follow-up OB imaging, fetal well-being assessments (BPP), MCA Dopplers, and first-trimester scans; include pelvic imaging, sonohysterography, and HyCoSy as applicable
- Scan volume management: up to 8 patients per day (4 morning, 4 afternoon); twins counted as two scans; coordinate with care teams
- Document findings clearly in EPIC EMR; ensure quality, accuracy, and timely communication with obstetric/MFM teams
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety, infection control, and procedural guidelines; participate in on-call and weekend coverage as assigned
- Demonstrate reliability in a high-volume hospital setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care
Requirements
- ARDMS-registered with OB/GYN credential
- Prior travel ultrasound experience required
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
- OB/GYN imaging experience, including fetal anatomy scans (routine and detailed), follow-up OB, BPP, MCA Dopplers, 1st trimester, pelvic scans, sonohysterography, HyCoSy
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- BLS certification; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) accepted
- Ability to work in a hospital setting; reliable transportation required (public transit not accessible)
- Bi-weekly orientation participation; next available 10/19
