- 2 years of current Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN experience – Required
- Postpartum/Mother-Baby (PP/MB) experience – Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
- Current Massachusetts RN license

Required Certifications\n

- BLS – American Heart Association (AHA)
- NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- STABLE Program certification
