  • Conducting laser lithotripsy and utilizing ESWL
  • Executing in-office procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions
  • Engaging in women’s health, incontinence treatments, and BPH therapies
  • Collaborating with specialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology, and more
  • Participating in a shared call schedule approximately every 1 in 4 weeks
  • Accessing advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art operating room facilities

This position is ideal for a urologist focused on clinical practice who desires a supportive community environment backed by the resources of a major academic institution.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Urology
  • Strong clinical and communication abilities
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Interest in a community-based practice with access to subspecialty support

(Fellowship training is appreciated but not mandatory for this general urology role.)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed base salary along with a competitive compensation package
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and dedicated support for professional development
  • Strong administrative support, EMR (Epic), and assistance from advanced practice providers
  • Eligibility for a faculty appointment at a major medical center/university if desired
