Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, with the capacity to apply evidence-based treatments effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients.
- Ethical decision-making and adherence to professional boundaries, ensuring client confidentiality.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software and computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
