Job DescriptionCaring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs and LPNs) PER DIEM positions in:

<li>Area 1: Medford, Malden, Chelsea, Revere, Lynn, Winthrop.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications of Staff Nurse include:
<ul>
<li>A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN or LPN.</li>
<li>Hands-on nursing experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Good computer skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:
<ul>
<li>Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.</li>
<li>Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.</li>
<li>Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.</li>
</ul>
